This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
This website is operated by Waffle Advertising Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12788690), registered office 85 Portland Street, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us through our contact form.
When you contact us: your name, email address, the subject you choose and your message.
When you browse: technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the site that referred you. Our hosting provider records this in server logs.
When you click a buy button: the link includes our affiliate code, so the store or its affiliate network can credit a purchase to us. We don't receive your payment details, and we don't see what else you buy.
When you watch a trailer: videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube (Google) only receives data once you press play, under Google's privacy policy.
To reply to your message: legitimate interests, or steps you asked us to take before a contract.
To keep the site secure and working: legitimate interests.
To meet legal, tax and accounting duties: legal obligation.
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site, so we don't ask for cookie consent. When you click a buy button and land on the store's website, the store or its affiliate network may set its own cookies there to record that you came from us. Those cookies are covered by the store's own cookie policy.
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that host this website and deliver contact-form messages to us, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last reply. Server logs: up to 90 days. Business records: six years, as UK tax law requires.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Send your request through our contact form and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
This site promotes a PEGI 18 game and is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.
Prestige Route is an advertising site operated by Waffle Advertising Ltd. Our buy buttons are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, the store or its affiliate network may pay us a commission. This does not change the price you pay.
We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Activision Publishing, Inc. or any store we link to. We don't sell the game; purchases are made directly with the store under its own terms.
We'll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
